Transportation Network and Resource Guarantee

BVP has set more than 70 offices and operation locations with distribution network covering more than 3000 places across the country. Trunk transportation businesses are mainly conducted in first-tier and second tier cities, covering more than 40 cities and forming a nationwide trunk network featuring multiple-directional integration. Our distribution business covers merchandize supermarkets, dealers and outlets around the country, establishing a city-level distribution network while breaking into township and village-level administrative units. BVP has 3500 controllable vehicles directly purchased by drivers and 500 suppliers providing special lines or delivery on arrival. We have established a highly-efficient supplier purchase and management system, ensuring transparent cost management for clients. With the development of market, we also adopt high-quality special lines, drivers with self-purchased vehicles and self-owned fleets, achieving flat management, optimized costs and management, and transportation resource guarantee for clients’ operation difficulties.

Distribution Service

BVP plans the distribution routes effectively in accordance with the distribution features, quantity, related restraints, assisted with the IT system. Firstly, we have designed many fixed multi-spot distribution lines according to the arrival time, order quantity etc. by scientific permutation and combination, meanwhile we take below elements into full consideration to do the design by adopting the math method of “saving algorithm”: delivery amount for single time, waiting time to unload, time-consuming, vehicle loading amount, traffic situations. After the fixed lines are planned, BVP will prepare the “Precaution Scheme for Emergencies “equipped with the particular lines. BVP adopts TMS to monitor the distribution situation in real time, to slightly adjust the lines and offer the proper suggestions for the scheduling person according to the quantity demand and the fixed lines stored in the system. BVP CS center will do recall the end customers after each delivery to supervise the delivery quality and ensure the KPI achievement.

IT System for E-commerce

Based on the features of e-commerce such as small batch, large quantity, multiple varieties, fast circulation, and uncertain quantity, frequency and direction and other logistics service demands, BVP customized professional e-commerce IT system for business management. From product warehousing to intelligent inspection, storage, picking, delivery and terminal delivery tracking, we can achieve efficient control through our WMS and handheld terminal PDA. PPS was self-developed by BVP which can realize lean logistics of plan, material, production process, quality and equipment.
